Thinking of you both while the extended Kirkpatrick family vacations in Charlevoix. I’m sure you’re enjoying the same beautiful day that we are (reminds me of your story about seeing the same moon).
Stopped to take pictures of the Mancelona UMC on our way up. What a pretty little church. I was taken by their “Drive Through Prayer Box”. Always wonder about the pastors who lead these little churches, what it’s like to be working solo compared to the machine that is FUMC Bham. LOVE!

Wonderful to read your message. I know you’re enjoying your “new” retirement and doing just as you please. Nothing like water, beaches, sunshine and yes the moon to fulfill that relaxation. Enjoy and continue to live life to it’s fullest! Blessings, Donna Sutton

I hope you are enjoying your retirement. Back down state now, but can’t wait to get back to Glen Lake on Wednesday.

I am a pastor. I just read your comments on civil and religious marriage, and I agree with you. So far as gay marriage is concerned, we should follow 1 Corinthians 5:12. Some things are just none of our business.

Jack, I just read your piece about ebola in Liberia and am deeply moved. You have said it well. Thanks for standing up. Wes Brun

not sure what the problem is. I guess I’d suggest you try it again. And check your spam file to see if it ended up there.
      Sorry about that,
